Dr. Don Durham
Dr. Don Durham is a licensed psychologist and has practiced psychotherapy for 21 years, specializing in eating disorder treatment. He has also developed specialties in marriage and family therapy, adolescent issues, addictive behaviors, men’s issues, and the integration of psychology and Christianity. He is an accomplished, nationally recognized speaker and a seasoned clinical supervisor.
Dr. Durham also serves as the Clinical Director for Gatehouse Therapeutic Health Services, which provides psychological services for 17- to 25-year-old alcohol and drug addicts. He earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology from Abilene Christian University and master’s and doctorate degrees in psychology from Texas Woman’s University.
Dr. Durham has been married to his wife, Karen, for 28 years. They have three grown children, one son-in-law, and one granddaughter.

Rick Yeatts
For the past eight years, Rick has worked to advance the careers and ministry of Christians in the workplace through his Marketplace Advancement Training ministry.
An internationally recognized sales trainer and former pastor, he has helped develop churches in the following areas: leadership, change management, and outreach and mission efforts for more than 30 years.
Rick is the founder and CEO of Yeatts Performance Group, a well-known performance coaching and sales training company based in Scottsdale.
Rick graduated from the University of Tennessee, and has a Biblical Studies degree from the North Tennessee Bible Institute.
Rick lives in Scottsdale, Ariz. with his wife Kim and daughter Kayleen.

Gary Kinnaman
Gary Kinnaman served as Senior Pastor of Word of Grace Church for twenty-five years. Under his leadership, the church grew to an average weekend attendance of over 4500. He now serves as a pastor at large, mentoring and networking church, government and market place leaders to serve the Phoenix area. His leadership in this regard led to his appointment to Chairman of the Governor’s Council on Faith and Community.
Gary is a graduate of Biola University (B.A.), Arizona State University (M.A.), Fuller Theological Seminary (M.A. in Theology), and Western Conservative Baptist Seminary (DMin.). A gifted communicator, Gary has written ten books, His most recent is the critically acclaimed, Seeing in the Dark: Getting the Facts on Depression and Finding Hope Again.
Gary and his wife, Marilyn, who make their home in Mesa, Arizona, have three adult children and six grandchildren.

Dr. Greg Wiens
Dr. Greg Wiens is a catalytic Christian leader and agent of organizational change. He currently serves as the Florida State Pastor for Florida Church of God Ministries and leader of Healthy Growing Churches. Both organizations work to aggressively build healthy churches that transform their communities, and change the spiritual landscape of our nation and world. He is passionate about helping leaders understand their role in turning organizations toward an outward-focused mission.
Over the past 20 years, Greg has served on and chaired various committees and boards for Kingdom Builders, the Church of God, Church Planting Bootcamps, and the Lilly Grant Program. During this time, Greg founded, pastored, and ministered at several churches in Florida, Kansas and Ohio. Greg was also a visiting Assistant Professor at the University of Central Florida and an Associate Professor at Warner Southern College. He has also been a consultant to corporations, schools and churches.
Greg received a BS in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan, a Master’s of Divinity from Anderson University, and a Doctorate of Education in Research, Testing, and Assessment from the University of Central Florida.
Greg has been married to his wonderful wife, Mary Kay for over 30 years, and has three children and two grandchildren.

Alan Heller
Alan Heller has been in ministry with his wife for more than 30 years. Alan graduated from Phoenix Seminary with a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family counseling. He is a personal life coach, discipler and biblical counselor. He is co-founder and president of Walk & Talk Ministries since 1990.
A gifted marriage and communication workshop facilitator, Alan has co-authored two books: Learning How to Trust … Again, and The Marital Mystery Tour: Five Keys to Unlock Marital Mysteries.
Alan and his wife, Pauly, have been married for 34 years, have three grown children, and one granddaughter, LucyLove. Alan has lived in the Valley of the Sun since 1981, and enjoys playing racquetball and golf when he’s not busy helping people connect with God and each other.

Dr. Douglas L. Talley
Dr. Doug Talley is the Executive State Pastor of Indiana Ministries of the Church of God, providing overall vision for Indiana Ministries, overseeing churches, and serving as a church consultant and a coach for pastors.
Before joining the Indiana Ministries staff, Doug served as a church consultant and coach to pastors in Florida. Prior to that, he pastured Westlake Community Church in Indianapolis for 25 years. During his tenure there, he helped the church significantly change its ministry philosophy, relocate, complete three phases of construction, and conduct eight consecutive capitol campaigns. Doug is passionate about leadership development and church health, so it was a blessing to watch the church grow in size and spiritual health as well.
Doug received a B.A. in Religion and Sociology and a Master of Divinity from Anderson University. He received his doctorate from Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, California.
He has been married to Cindy for over 34 years and they have two sons and three grandchildren. Doug’s hobbies include baseball, which he still plays, basketball, travel, photography, learning, golf and grandchildren.

Dr. Randall Spence
Randall is the Director of Ministries for the Ohio Church of God in which he lives out his passion helping the church and its ministers reach their full potential. In this capacity he is a resource and coach for pastors who desire to revive or advance in their God-given calling.
Prior to this role, Randy’s experiences are rich and varied. He is a licensed nursing home administrator and has served as President and CEO of Church of God Retirement Communities. As an ordained minister in the Church of God, he pastored, restructured and helped to grow. He has served on several church boards, including chairman of the General Assembly of the Church of God and the Ministries Council of the Church of God, chairman of the Ohio Board of Pastoral and Church Relations, and campaign director for the Board of Church Extension of the Church of God. His community contributions include membership in the Germantown Rotary Club, president of the Charter Review Commission for Germantown, Ohio and trustee for the Northpointe Retirement Community of Springfield, Ohio.
Randy received a bachelor’s degree and a Master of Ministry degree from Anderson College’s School of Theology. He went on to earn his Master of Divinity from United Theological Seminary and a Doctorate in Ministry from Trinity Theological Seminary. Additional studies include theology, long-term health care administration, philanthropy, leadership coaching and church consulting.
Randy and his wife Pamela have two grown children, Melanie Edwards and David Spence.
